Welcome to the Wyoming Secretary of State’s online filing site for candidates and judicial retentions.
  • A filing fee is required for statewide and legislative candidates.
  • Judges standing for retention are not required to pay a fee.
  • Payment can be made via credit or debit card or ACH/E-Check.
  • In accordance with W.S. 9-4-217(h), fees assessed for processing payment transactions shall be borne by the person tendering payment. As such, a 2.4% ($1.00 minimum) fee will be added to any credit or debit card payment and a $1.00 fee will be added to any ACH/E-Check payment.
  • Your session will timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity.
  • Use the “Previous” and “Next” buttons appearing within the filing wizard to navigate through the filing process.

IMPORTANT: In order to file electronically, you must complete all components of filing your application, including submission and payment (if applicable), prior to 5:00 PM Mountain Time on the last day of the applicable filing period. Late submissions will not be accepted.
